  • Manny and Jinkee Pacquiao are all set to move in their Beverly Hills mansion with their children (from left) Michael Stephen, Emmanuel Jr., baby Israel, (front) Princess, and Queen Elizabeth.
  • This 10,000 square-foot estate was previously owned by Sean "Diddy" Combs. Manny supposedly bought it for $17 million.
  • The grand two-story entrance features a sweeping staircase.
  • The home theater plays in high-definition and surround sound, with a refreshment center and plush couches that can accommodate that more than 20 people.
  • One of the seven elegant bedrooms in the house.
  • The driveway
  • According to Nelson Shelton's website, the mansion has a gourmet chef's kitchen, granite counters, custom cabinetry, large center island, and top-of-the-line commercial grade Viking appliances.
  • The formal dining area
  • Manny reportedly bought the house furnished.
  • If you were impressed by Manny's swimming pools in his other houses, his new pool area in this house is definitely more luxurious.
  • The master's bedroom has dual baths.
  • The living room
  • The two-story home's simple and quasi-Spanish façade, with its tiled roofs and arched windows, is a stark contrast to its fun and modern interiors.
  • Wooden lounge chairs with cushioned seats, tivoli lights, and various plants add to the area's laidback, American feel.
  • The functional kitchen is done in silver and dark brown, and features a shelving system of German engineering.
  • The living room has a minimalist black and white palette, soothing to the eyes. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors let in the sunlight and the breeze.
  • The combined two-story units have a total floor area of 820 square meters, with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two maids' rooms, two kitchens, and a four-car garage.
  • Manny and Jinkee decided to buy this Laguna house because of its proximity to the international school that Emmanual and Michael were attending.
  • At the time of this shoot, Manny hardly stayed in this house on weekdays, since he was enrolled as a business-administration freshman at the Notre Dame College in General Santos City. Instead, he comes home to Laguna on weekends, and if schedules permit, he sends for Jinkee and the kids to visit him.
  • The stencil work in pastel colors (which depicts trees on other walls, not in photos) runs through all the common areas of the house, giving a twist to the traditional look of this section of the house.
  • Manny's pool area also features a cabana, making the area seem like a resort
  • The garden is completed with a playground for the Pacquiao kids, particularly the two young ladies named Queenie and Princess.
  • The covered court is marked with Manny's now iconic MP logo. This logo is also used for his exclusive line for sports brand Nike. The are is used for basketball games and also has the sports equipment necessary for volleyball, badminton, tennis, cardio training, and, of course, boxing.
  • The house has a high ceiling with cove lights. In the middle of the space is a dining area in between two seating areas.
  • The only cars allowed inside the main garage are those used by the family members, such as this black Hummer and the white Mercedes-Benz.
  • Located between the main house and the basketball court is the bulwagan, a separate structure for receiving and entertaining guests. Manny thought of building this hall to protect his family's privacy.
  • Apart from singing, Manny also enjoys playing the guitar and the piano.

TMZ Sports reported that Pacquiao snapped up the house complete with its furnishings, art and appliances as he wanted his family to settle down quickly in Los Angeles before his fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2.

The sellers also agreed to stock the bar for the Pacquiao family as part of the deal.

Besides the Beverly Hills estate, Pacquaio also owns another Los Angeles house in Hancock Park which was listed for US$2.7 million.

The boxer also owns two properties in the Philippines - a mansion in Makati which he is planning to sell, and a European style house in General Santos, his hometown.

Pacquiao and his wife are reportedly keen on buying another house in the Laguna area, near the international school that their sons, Emmanual and Michael are attending, Philippine Entertainment Portal said.
