SINGAPORE - The Housing & Development Board (HDB) has released an Executive Condominium site for sale today under the confirmed list in the first half of 2015 (1H2015) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
The site is located at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5 and has a lease of 99 years.
It can yield about 490 residential units and has a site area of 16,386.1 metre square.
The closing date for the tender is on 30 June 2015.
